DermaKB™ is a new scalp care line which offers several shampoo products formulated with our patented coactiv+™ technology to provide an effective cleansing of the scalp, helping to support the reduction of skin irritation, flaking, and other symptoms associated with common scalp conditions such as dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.

Many products on the market are not effective for some scalp conditions. There is a good chance that biofilms could be the culprit. Biofilms are a glue-like substance excreted by bacteria and/or fungi to attach to surfaces that protect and allow bacteria to survive and thrive in hostile environments.

The ingredients in our formulas are designated GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA and suitable for daily use. DermaKB™ products contain natural ingredients such as, Colloidal oatmeal and Burdock root extract, which have soothing effects. D-Panthenol and Allantoin are also present to help condition and soften the hair. The DermaKB™ product line is purposely unscented to avoid any further irritants for the consumer.

DermaKB™ Scalp Detoxifier has been approved for the Skin Health Program, led by the Canadian Dermatology Association (CDA), which specifically identifies products that are fragrance-free or unscented, have a low potential for irritation and do not contain the most common contact allergens. Backed by objective medical specialists, the Skin Health Program helps guide consumers in selecting healthy skin care products and provides expert advice for the maintenance of healthy skin, hair, and nails.

DermaKB™ Shampoo is available on our website at dermakb.com, in a 946 ml (32 fl oz) bottle as well as in a four-pack of 45 g (1.6 oz) Shampoo Bars. The Scalp Detoxifier comes in a 473 ml (16 fl oz) bottle to complement the product offering.

Additionally, we offer a DermaKB™ Starter Kit that contains one 90 ml (3 fl oz) bottle of Shampoo, a 90 ml (3 fl oz) bottle of Scalp Detoxifier and a single 45 g (1.6 oz) Shampoo Bar.
